Easy walking distance to the ceremony site for guests and vehicle access for the bridal car or those needing accessible options

Indoor venue for dinner and dancing with two spaces so that you don't have to reset after dinner for 1st dance

Easy indoor ceremony option incase the weather doesn't play ball

John also has a secret stash of wedding decorations just in case you're missing something.
